السلام عليكم ...
انا عضوه جديده .. اتمنى ما اثقل عليكم او اتعبكم ... لكن انا في امس الحاجه للمساعده ...
عندي مشكله في الهوت ميل hotmail والمسنجر فقط ... لا اعرف ما السبب ..هل فيروس او (؟)
فانا لدي كثير من الايميلات طبعا لي ولاخواتي ولكن كل ما افتح المسنجر و احط اي ايميل ..حيث حاولت احط ايميلاتي كلها ..لكن دون جدوى .. يظهر لي مسج بالانجليزي مكتوب

اما بالنسبه للهوت ميل Hotmail حيث اني حاولت اني افتح يمكن عشر ايميلات ..ولكن لم يفتح اي واحد منهم

علما بعد هذي المشكله سويت ريستور سيستم ...restore system قلت يمكن يتصلح عندي المسنجر والهوت ميل لكن ايضا من دون جدوى ..وسويت scan viruse لكن ايضا دون جدوى ومسحت ايضا التمروري فايل ..temprorey fileلكن لم احصل على نتيجه ... ارجوكم عطوني الحل ..
